The condominium units, each has its own personality and style, have an approximate total areas ranging from 900 to 1,000 square feet with spacious living/dining area, fully-equipped kitchen featuring oven/stove, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher. Master bedroom features either a king or queen-size bed and the Guest bedroom has either two twin beds or a full-size bed. Sleeper sofas or roll-away bed are available with most of the units. The condominum units are equipped with centralized air conditioning and heater with in-room controls, wall-to-wall carpeting or ceramic tiles, color TVs in living room and master bedroom and a washer/dryer combination. Each condominium unit has a private walkout balcony or patio with a lake or preserve view. Parking is located directly in front of each building.
